How will I receive my items?

All of the items in our store are digital download items. This means that your order will be conveniently delivered directly to your email inbox as PDF files shortly after completing the checkout process. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the items to be delivered. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder for the delivery.

I made an order and have not received my items.

Will I receive anything in the mail?

No physical items will be sent through traditional mail delivery. All orders are fulfilled electronically, and the purchased items will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout as PDF files. This allows us to provide you with our resources instantly without the long wait of the mail systems.

What is included in the Mega Bundle and how does it work?

The Mega Bundle includes every single item in our store. This includes over 250 items and 1,000 pages of tools and resources to enhance your practice. The bundle also includes access to every new item added to the store for a full year. When you order the Mega Bundle you recieve a link within 24 hours of purchase. This link will contain all items and will be continuously updated to include new items every month.

I ordered the Mega Bundle but haven't received a link to download.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Before reaching out to us please double-check the email address provided during checkout, and also ensure to look in your spam or junk folder. Please note that as indicated in the product description the Mega Bundle may take up to 24 hours to be delivered as it is the only item on the website that has to be delivered manually. This is because the size of the bundle is too large for traditional email sending. If it has been 24 hours and you have not recieved the bundle, please reach out using the contact form below.

I'm a Mega Bundle purchaser. How do I access new items?

As a Mega Bundle purchaser you have access to all of the new items added to our website! New items are added on a monthly basis to the Google Drive link provided to you at the time of check-out. Have a look at that original email to access the Google Drive link. I also send out monthly updates containing all of the information on new items and links to 'New Items' folders for your convenience. If you're missing out on those, check your spam folder. If you'e still experiencing issues please reach out using the form below.

Am I able to use your resources with clients?

Absolutely! Our goal is that these tools and resources enhance your practice and the overall mental health of our community. We encourage the use of these tools in 1:1 and small group sessions with clients. With that said, please be considerate of our distribution rules and policies seen below when sharing tools purchased from mspsychotherapist.

What is your distribution policy?

We want you to be able to implement these tools and resources into your practice as a mental health professional! However, we also have a few rules surrounding distribution: 1) Items should not be distributed to clients on a mass scale (i.e. newsletters, freebies, etc.), 2) Items should not be shared with large internal networks (i.e. employee resource packages, large resource binders, etc.), 3) Products should not be used commercially or resold for profit, 4) PDF's cannot be altered for the purpose of reselling or redistribution.

Can I print and share the digital items?

Yes! One of the perks of digital download products is that they can be printed as many times as you need! It is our preference that items are printed and shared with clients, rather than shared digitally. With this said, we understand that sometimes items need to be shared digitally in order to meet the needs of clients.

I can't open the ZIP file sent to me at time of purchase.

If you're having trouble opening the ZIP file containing your PDFs, please ensure you have a compatible software installed on your device, such as WinZip or WinRAR for Windows users, or Archive Utility for macOS users. These programs are generally automatically installed on desktop and laptop devices, so we recommend opening items from a computer if possible. If you continue to experience difficulties, feel free to contact our support.

I'm encountering errors when trying to navigate the website or complete my purchase.

Are your tools and resources editable?

While some of our PDF tools and resources are 'fillable' none of our products are editable. Unfortunately due to issues surrounding redistribution we have had to limit the capacity for editing our digital tools and resources. If you require an editable version of any product please reach out. Though we cannot guarantee that an editable version will be available.

Are there any system requirements for accessing or viewing the PDF documents?

Our PDF documents are compatible with most modern devices and operating systems. You will need a PDF reader application installed on your device, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview for macOS, to view the documents. These applications are typically automatically included on most devices. If for whatever reason you do not have a PDF viewer, they are available for free download from their respective official websites or app stores.
