Reparenting Workbook

Reparenting Workbook

Reparenting has a few different meanings, when we refer to reparenting we mean learning to meet the needs of your childhood self that for whatever reason, weren't met when we were a child. When we grow up experiencing neglect, abuse, or inconsistent parenting we struggle to meet our own needs as adults. Reparenting simply means learning to give yourself what you didn't receive from your parents when you were a child. This toolkit provides information, a list of steps towards reparenting, and journal prompts for self-reflection.
