The feeling of being overwhelmed is sometimes seen as the opposite as the feeling of being underwhelmed. However, the two can have similarly negative impacts on our mental health and wellbeing. Being overcome with stress or emotion for a long period can be just as impactful as feeling no emotion at all. These visual aids help to differentiate between the feeling of overwhelm and the feeling of underwhelm. The included worksheets can also help to initiate exploration into feelings of overwhelm and underwhelm.
